The Wolves' Lake
Chap 2:The white cotton.
We walked almost all night, and I was hungry, cold, tired
I couldn't walk another step, but if I gave up here, I know my hunger and cold would become worse. My brother tried telling me about stories that my grandma used to tell him to keep me awake and going, but after a while he got too tired and couldn't even talk, but we had to keep going. The cold got worse as we got closer to the top of the mountain, but we had to cross it in order to get to the valley that was pass it. As I walked, I wondered when it would snow...I want to see snow, I wanted to feel it and to see the beautiful white cotto
